An order shall be considered cancelled and non-binding upon the store if payment is not completed within three (3) days from the date the order is created
Kohi Roastery reserves the right to modify product or service prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect orders that have already been paid for and successfully completed before the price adjustment takes effect
Customers may request to cancel their order and receive a full refund only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, the refunded amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 20 business days, subject to the policies and processing times of the relevant banking and electronic payment providers
