Orders shipped within Saudi Arabia are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days
Orders shipped to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days
Kohi Roastery takes every reasonable measure to ensure products are securely packaged. However, the roastery shall not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from the handling or transportation process carried out by third-party shipping carriers
Any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to logistical issues, weather conditions, customs procedures, or operational disruptions, are beyond the control of Kohi Roastery and shall not be considered the responsibility of the roastery
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, and delivery address, when placing an order
If a shipment is returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to any of the following reasons:
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping fee required to resend the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order (where cancellation is permitted), the shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount
